Bring us your soil
Step 1 : Get an online quote
Please fill out the online quotation form, upon receipt, your request for pricing will be handled by the customer service coordinator, who will send you a budgetary price.
Step 2 : Accept our proposal
A sample will be required in order to perform a soil test in a certified Quebec laboratory. When the acceptability or your soil at our site is confirmed, you may sign and return the final proposal to your customer service coordinator, who will issue an authorization number (order confirmation). With this authorization number, you may ship your soil to our facility.
Step 3 : Organize your transport
After issuing the authorization number, Englobe will provide:
- Canadian transport manifests, which will be sent directly to the passthru office. Each Canadian manifest must include the Canadian Customs invoice, the import permit for hazardous waste from the Government of Canada as well as the import permit of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency;
- American transport manifests including U.S. import permit named "Acknowledgement of consent" will be sent to you.
In order to ensure a good coordination with the operations at the site and avoid any delay in unloading your soil at our treatment facility, all loads must be planned 24 hours in advance with the customer service coordinator. This will also allow the coordinator to proceed to the clearance of the soils.
Step 4 : Keep us informed of your planning
With the last load of the day, make sure to give the coordinator an estimate of the number of loads for the next day, if any. Any additional analysis results and any change related to the project must be communicated to the customer service coordinator.
